Abortions are wrong!
Since the landmark 1973 US Supreme Court decision that made abortion legal, hundreds of federal and state laws have been proposed or passed. Abortion is one of the most visible, controversial, and legally active areas in the field of medicine. Here is the part where I but in. Abortion is killing babies who have no say in what will dictate their life. All humans should have a fighting chance outside of the uterus and it's not right that an estimated 44 million abortions are performed globally each year, with slightly under half of those performed unsafely. Modern medicine uses medications or surgical methods for induced abortion. The two medications mifepristone and prostaglandin are as effective as a surgical method in the first trimester. You don't want this to be your son or daughter...do you??

ReplyDeleteThis is pretty con about abortion, I think it should just be neither con or pro and just list facts and let the commentors decide and debate, as I'm sure a lot of people will disagree with you.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you on everything. The public needs to understand what this truly is. There is never a pretty way to abort a baby. I stand for life. I am pro-life.

What about a fourteen year old that was raped and can not support the baby? Should she be forced to carry that burden? There has been many many cases of people committing suicide due to this situation and the humiliation is saddening. So a good question to ask is what is more important, the person's well being or the fetus? If it was to be illegal no matter what you would have to deal with these. I for one think it should be illegal unless of rape, or underage pregnancy.
ReplyDeleteI feel that people have the right for abortions. If a person cannot support a child then they have the right to destroy the EMBRYO not a fetus. The picture that you sowed in a bag of dead babies. By the time that the embryo is a fetus, it is illegal to kill it. That is just my opinion. I do not like it, but some people do not have a choice.
